Organizers opposing a controversial “advanced recycling” facility planned for eastern Kanawha County will host a community meeting about the project this week.

A forum about the proposed Clean Seas-West Virginia plant is scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22 at the Belle Town Hall gym, 1100 E Dupont Avenue in Belle.
