Troy Jackson’s presumptive Democratic U.S. Senate nomination became even more likely Wednesday, as one of the two other remaining candidates withdrew from the race.

David Costello, who reentered the race after losing to previous nominee Graham Platner in the June primary, announced he was dropping out Wednesday morning.
