The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is investigating a spill into Bulger Creek in Dallas County that occurred after a large structure fire south of De Soto.

The fire at an auto salvage facility caused a release of an unknown amount of fuel, oil and water into the nearby creek, according to a news release from DNR.
