FRANKFORT – Ruth Day contributed another $15,000 to the Kentucky Democratic Party on June 16, ten days before Gov. Andy Beshear appointed her to the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees, according to a report filed by the KDP this week with the Federal Election Commission.

That brings the total contributed by Day (and her late husband James Martin) to Andy Beshear political causes to $168,200.
