State Attorney General Jeff Jackson is continuing to oppose the Environmental Protection Agency loosening restrictions on toxic chemicals in drinking water.

Jackson led the attorneys general of 17 other states and the District of Columbia in writing a 17-page letter to EPA administrator Lee Zeldin asking him to rescind the EPA’s proposed rollback on limits to four PFAS or “forever chemicals” in public drinking water systems.
