Several New Mexico state offices in Santa Fe, including the Roundhouse and the Secretary of State’s office, posted to social media Tuesday that they were closed to the public “based on activity at the Capitol.”

Raúl Burciaga, the interim Legislative Council Service director, told Source NM by phone that buildings in the area closed after the New Mexico Department of Public Safety received reports of a threat.
