LINCOLN — New data center projects coming to Nebraska will no longer benefit from tax incentives provided under the ImagiNE Act, according to a new executive order.

Gov. Jim Pillen signed the executive order Monday alongside State Sens. Mike Jacobson, Rob Clements, Tony Sorrentino and Eliot Bostar, Department of Economic Development Director Maureen Larsen and Department of Water, Energy and Environment Director Jesse Bradley.
